Benefit for Evelyn Sachs Steiner Home for Girls Featuring Rivera, Gossage, Berra, Other N.Y. Sports Stars May 9, 2011

Charity-minded New York stars of past and present, including the likes of Yankees closer Mariano Rivera, Baseball Hall of Fame Yanks Goose Gossage, Yogi Berra and Reggie Jacks307on, and Hockey Hall of Fame Rangers Brian Leetch and Mike Richter are all scheduled help raise funds for the Evelyn Sachs Steiner Home for Girls at a benefit at The Clubhouse Grill (formerly Mo's NY Grill) in New Rochelle on May 9. All proceeds from the tickets will be donated to the Evelyn Sachs Steiner Home for Girls.

In addition to the stars above, Steiner Sports founder Brandon Steiner has recruited many other New York sports greats expected in the lineup. Yankee left fielder Brett Gardner, former New York Knicks Allan Houston, John Starks, and Anthony Mason, ex-Rangers winger Adam Graves, former Mets and Yankees Dwight Gooden and Darryl Strawberry, and legendary Yankees Bobby Richardson and Paul Blair also plan to attend.

Tickets for the cause are $500 and include dinner, open bar, and a special auction with unusual items.
