Ben Sollee’s cello playing and soulful voice have been marinating for years in his work with avant-garde bluesman Otis Taylor and The Sparrow Quartet (featuring banjo-master Béla Fleck). Named one of NPR’s “Top Ten Unknown Artists of the Year” in 2007, Ben Sollee will bring along his band to Nightfall to demonstrate a distinctive acoustic folk style, with just a touch of jazz.

Featuring a wide variety of headline performances by world-class musicians from around the globe every Friday evening from May 22 (Memorial Day weekend) through September 25 at Miller Plaza.
Shows begin at 7:00 PM with a local opening act, followed by the evening's headline performer at 8:00 PM.
