7:00 Course I. A crispy Thai fried egg bathed in Bells Third Coast Beer and a caramelized sweet and spicy sauce. Toasted coconut shrimp wrapped in a Bells Two Hearted batter.

7:20 Course II. Good Luck Salad. Minced chicken lightly marinated in Bells Third Coast Ale finished off with a dusting of toasted rice powder and Thai spices. Accompanied with sticky rice.

7:40 Course III. Beef Fried Rice. Beef tenderloin marinated in Bells Double Cream Stout atop a bed of Thai fried rice.

8:00 Course IV. Drunken Noodles. Rice noodles with seared pork drenched in Bells Hopslam. Not for the weak of heart !!!!

8:30 Course V. Sebastian Joe’s Green Tea ice cream drizzled with a Bells Winter White sauce.
--- Beer: Double Cream Stout
9:00 COMEDY: Chris Maddock. A local comedian will finish the evening off with hopefully a few laughs.
