Belgian Beer Fest, Night of the Funk September 26, 2008

The Belgian Beer Fest returns to Boston. This special Friday session features only beers that are "spontaneously fermented via the open air, infected during maturation in the barrel, purposely inoculated with wild yeast strains (Brettanomyces) and bacteria (Lactobacillus, Pediococcus, etc), or involve some other funky ingredients or techniques that's been inspired by Belgian brewing."

Starts at 6PM, last pour at 9:30PM.
