beingLoved is a creative practice that dissolves our bond to the past, the story of us, and offers a living system of creative soul work both individually and collectively through creative time medicine. The practice of beingLoved empowers each individual to release their pain stories held in the pain body, and take a stand for their own healing. We do this with movement from the inside out, sourcing emotional gesture, vocal expression, journaling, art, and organic movement. We co-create an open system of play, artistic exploration, empathic listening, and universal human experience. All art materials are provided. Please bring a journal.
