The Imperial Royal Sovereign Court of the Desert Empire is a charitable organization that raises funds because they noticed that there is a " true need for serendipitous acts of goodness, kindness, love, and charity" and dispurses them for the "betterment of those people living within the realm".
Among other things they give out scholarships to "Students who are personally and actively involved in the support of human and civil rights, who also have an interest in pursuing higher education in any field."
