This class is designed for both those with little or no ceramic experience but who want to expand their knowledge or refresh their skills as well as those with some proficiency who wish to increase their technical skills. An introduction to the fundamentals of wheel-throwing and hand-building and a challenge to those who have already mastered these basics, this course will take students through centering, maximizing volume, trimming, glazing techniques and studio safety.
