Beginning Classes - Beginners sewing
Learn the ins and outs of sewing with a sewing machine.
We will begin with pattern layout, cutting patterns, pinning, and sewing simple seams. Students will work on techniques in class that will result in a simple finished project. In this class, students will all work on the same project to attain mastery of the machine, and to learn the basics of sewing. The objective is for students to learn the principals sufficiently to send them into their own sewing environment and sew with confidence. 
Sewing machines and materials for the projects are provided, but students with their own machines are encouraged to learn on their own machines. Bring yours to class if it’s portable. 6 students/class
