Basic Belly Dance technique will be taught, focusing on correct dance posture, strengthening movements for the legs, stomach, and arms. Belly Dance Level I is divided into two 8 week sessions, that focus on different movements each week and each session to make your dance experience more relaxed and fun. No dance experience is needed. Wear workout clothes to class such as yoga pants and shirt.
