Becoming the Inhouse Mentor - Management Training Programme India May 30, 2008

Objective

To provide theoretical inputs and application oriented perspective for developing leaders of the organization.

To develop platform for creating system driven organization instead of person driven organization.

To provide framework and assist to implement SOP of the organization aimed at increasing operational efficiencies and expanding functional goals. (Areas of SOP will be HR, HRD, Purchase, Accounts, Sales, P & A, Quality & MIS.

To develop competent leader in the organization with soft skills and attitude.

To build up value driven organization.

This program is spread over 52 weeks and 12 modules comprising of 14 mandays in Class Room sessions and minimum 12 days of home work. This program is split into three phases.



Phase-1

Questionnaire will be sent to the participants at the beginning of the program. The assignments and exercises are designed in a way that by the time you complete the course you should have achieved a reasonably good amount of clarity for systematic planning for your organization.

You will be required to send us reports based on the exercises you are given. Exercises and assignments will be applicable and have importance with certification.

Participants will carry out initial audit of their organization using the questionnaire supplied to them during the program.

(Time frame : 4 Weeks)



Phase-2

Module -2 Art of negotiation & effective communication
Module -3 Coaching & mentoring skills
Module -4 Effective leadership of the organisation & personal
Module -5 Creativity and creative work place
Module -6 Role of values, culture and practices in the organisation
Module -7 Stress management & mind management
Module -8 How to make global organisation & corporate governance
Module -9 Innovative HR and HRD practices across the globe.
Module -10 Team management, team work, team building.
Module -11 Creative problem solving (practical & case study)
Module -12 Empowering the team, goal achievement, time management.

In between modules 3 and 4 of the program, there will be a two day application building workshop cum assessment.

(Time frame : 37 Weeks)



Phase -3

Online queries

Online discussions with mentor and experts during and after to facilitate clear understanding of the knowledge and skill.

Application methodology, developing SOPs of the organization, developing HR policies & framework of the organization, Developing own audit and feedback manual, presentations, interviews and learning.

(Time frame : 11 Weeks)

Overall time frame : 52 Weeks

Participants will be equipped for handling the following within the organization:

a. Design and implementation of SOP specific to one function of your organization.
b. Develop HR policies framework of the organization.
c. Evaluation of existing HR & HRD Policy of the organization, intervention and HRD Audit.
d. Departmental level evaluation and corrective measures.
e. Design strategies to achieve business goals.
f. Hand-holding for online queries, post training, for 11 weeks after end of Phase II.
g. Identify strengths and weakness of each department by using multiple methods.

Certification
Conducting SOP, submission of assignments, online queries, workshop performance, feedback of trainer, presentations, interviews and feedback will lead to a “CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONAL CEO IN THE ORGANISATION” by the ICKI, CANADA and CETYS, USA. Global partners are working effectively in 60 countries & students across the world are benefitted.



Manual
Participants will be provided with learning manual for personal productivity and SOP designing.

CD
Master CD will be given to all the participants for action plan, feedback and recap.
