The Why's, What's and How's of Professional Corporate Coaching
An experiential 1/2 day program sponsored by Progress-U. You and your management team realize that one of the key criteria of top talents to stay with you is your willingness and ability to develop them into great leaders. Increasingly, progressive organization understand that the old methods of leadership development such as traditional training are not effective and therefore look for new approaches to develop and retain their best people as well as develop a healthy leadership pipeline. One of the ways that has proven to be very effective in leadership development today is to provide talents with tailor-made corporate coaching through internal or external professional coaches. Progress-U has been successfully training professional coaches since 2007 with consistently high praise from past participants. Now, in 2010, we decided to step up our efforts to make even greater what was already very good. In line with our application for the very rigorous WABC (World Association of Business Coaches) accreditation, we extended the coach training program to be one of the most comprehensive programs in Asia with 170 hours for Level One and 430 hours for Level Two (including assignments). It also fulfills the coach training criteria needed to apply for ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialing (e.g. for ACC, PCC or MCC credentials).
