BECAUSE 2011: Midwest Conference on Bisexuality April 29, 2011

BECAUSE is the premier weekend event for people who identify as bisexual, fluid, pansexual, omnisexual, same gender loving, queer, trans, genderqueer, and those who may be questioning their sexual and/or gender identities. This event also welcomes and provides programming for straight and queer allies to bisexual people. This year’s BECAUSE Conference will be held at Hamline University, Saint Paul, Minnesota.

About Us: After 13 consecutive years, from 1992 through 2004, and three years off, BECAUSE made a comeback in 2008, was the largest ever in 2009, and is now gearing up for an exciting 2011! The BECAUSE Conference has become an important weekend attracting bisexuals, queers, trans, questioning, and all others, regardless of identity.

BECAUSE draws people from throughout the Midwest and beyond to attend the various educational workshops, get active in the community, and enjoy the connections!
