Beat Street Revival...

Graffitti, hip-hop, art and the culture converge on one canvas. From public art works to fine art photography and all the aerosole paint you can afford, this show will be taking it to the streets.

An all out Interactive Graffiti Culture Art Event, featuring modern graffiti works and photographic shots documenting claimed walls, tagged spaces and other public art sites. There are many different types and styles of graffiti and it is a rapidly evolving art, ever changing and reflective of the times. Beat Street Revival is an event designed to share the love we have for this art form whose value is highly contested, however to some, it is an art form worthy of display in galleries and exhibitions. Join us on the opening night for a viewing of these works and a screening of the trailer reel "Bomb It".... The global graffiti documentary featuring street artists and top graffiti writers from 5 continents . The opening will also include various dj's, b-boys and a skate board exposition sponsored by Ride or Die and Ill Skillz magazine. The night also offers the Apache Cafe weekly drawing session with models holding various b-boy poses in honor of the event. Exhibition opening Monday July 7, 7:00 p.m.
