Beastly Feasts! A Mischievious Menagerie in Rhyme September 25, 2010

Have you heard about the gnus? Or the lobsters and boars? What about the bears, sloths, or the pelican named George? If you haven’t heard, the whole animal kingdom is roaring its approval for Beastly Feasts! This collection of delectable rhymes about animals naughty and nice with zany illustrations of each featured creature, is sure to entertain and pique the imagination of the littlest child.
A party at the Art Space on Saturday, October 2 at 3:30 p.m. celebrates the opening of Beastly Feasts! and is free with museum admission ($5 adults, $4 children for the Art Space only, members free). No reservations needed. Weekend parking fee is $2 (members free). Author Robert L. Forbes will be at the Art Space on Friday, November 12 at 4 p.m. to read from his book and sign copies.
