80 miles long and 4000' deep, the Columbia River Gorge is among the most dramatic sweeps of scenery in the entire country. The gorge cuts through the Cascade Mountain range and down to the coast, featuring ancient lava flows, ice age flood evidence, dramatic waterfalls and lush forests. All 3 hikes in the series will be led by Audubon naturalist Steve Engel. Fee goes to support the Audubon Society. Meeting place TBA>
