Be the Change @ the DNC August 25, 2008

The SLR will be launching our 11-week Fall 2008 "Be the Change" Tour at the Democratic National Convention. Our goal is to provide a platform for local businesses, organizations and community leaders to come together in a festival atmosphere to present an local and national solutionary atmosphere for sustainability. During this time of political tension, global climate change and economic instability, SLR is working towards presenting this type of information as an omni-partisan agenda. SLR will bring off-the-grid infrastructure to create an eco-carnival atmosphere, and we are looking to integrate Denver's conscious community into this showcase. Located in walking distance from the center of the Democratic Convention activities, SLR will be attracting a lot of press, as well as many out of town participants as well as the local population.
