This workshop has been designed to meet British Chambers of Commerce National Trade Training Standards. Delegates will complete an assessment during the workshop; this will be used as credits towards recognised qualifications.

Practical examples; we work through 2 complete sets of documents which have been prepared for a letter of credit. This is done as a group activity.

Presenter: Robin Mackay LTI, FInstSMM, MIEx.

Robin is an experienced Director and Senior Manager with over 15 years experience working for a world class textile company with particular responsibility for exports. Robin spent five years as Director of International Trade for the North East Chamber of Commerce. He has considerable experience in assisting organisations of all sizes develop markets and overcome the issues associated with export procedures and documentation; he brings to his course a wealth of practical solutions.
