NEW YORK CITY CHEFS AND STUDENTS JOIN BCA TO HONOR California Wine Producer Mac Mcdonald Owner of Vision Cellars at 4th ANNUAL GLOBAL FOOD AND WINE EXPERIENCE.

NEW YORK, NY Over 50 chefs and wine merchants will create a platform for over 75 culinary students to be mentored at NYC restaurants for the ultimate culinary experience. The event is scheduled to take place on Thursday September 27th, at Tavern on the green in NYC.

The BCA is an incredible organization that offers opportunity to young ethnic adults that need and appreciate guidance in the culinary field. It's my pleasure to be involved and teach these kids what they cant learn in culinary school stated Sue Torres owner of Sue
