BCA 19th Annual Cultural Awareness Salute Dinner April 21, 2012

Now in its 19th year, this event honors the achievements of people of color in the hospitality and culinary industry. This year's theme of "Leaning Forward" will highlight the collective effort that will be needed to impact the future leaders of foodservice. This event will also provide a space for networking and dialogue about the advancement of diversity and give culinary students from around the country the opportunity to hone their skills in a real life environment. The BCA will also honor role models and leaders.
The Gala will begin with a VIP and cocktail reception, followed by a multi-course dinner, Viennese reception and after party. The gala dinner will give a taste of the future of the industry and be supported by our educational partners and students
Tickets are $225 per person ($300 per person for VIP), both include Viennese reception.
