Bayou Bacchanal -- The Caribbean Festival of New Orleans November 6, 2009

Bayou Bacchanal is the annual Caribbean festival of New Orleans. The event starts with a parade downtown, a festival in Lafayette Square, and ends with a Caribbean concert. The festival is open to all ages and everyone.
