Giving every child a chance to play baseball

WHO: Valley CEO’s, sports celebrities, wiffle ball fanatics, Valley families and kids from the Miracle League

WHAT: On Wednesday, Oct. 3rd Avnet will partner with Valley CEO’s and local sports heroes to support the Miracle League of Arizona. The Miracle League’s tagline is “every child deserves a chance to play baseball.” Special needs children or kids who are part of the Arizona Miracle League will have a chance to play the game of wiffle ball in the state-of-the-art Dan Haren Stadium. The objective is raise visibility for the Miracle League, garner funds for the stadium digital signage and attract more kids to play. Fans are encouraged to come and show support for the Miracle League.

4 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Welcome, announce players and star spangled banner
4:15 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. 9 inning game (no gloves)
5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. reception
