On Bastille Day, Thursday, July 14, Chez Papa Resto will offer a $60.00 four-course celebratory prix fixe menu with choices served from 5:30 to 10:00 p.m. The entrée selections will be pan roasted Butterfish with potato puree, black olive tapenade and a shaved fennel salad; a sautéed Flat Iron Steak with corn pudding, grilled green onions, crispy tater tot, and red wine jus; crispy smoked Duck Breast with cubeb pepper-cherry chutney, onion soubise, and pain de epices jus; or roasted Sockeye Salmon with brown butter carrot puree, baby carrots, English peas and tendrils. Wine pairing by the glass will be offered for an additional $35.00. The restaurant’s regular a la carte dinner menu will not be available that evening.
