•Classic three step breading method for deep frying asparagus or
anything for that matter (did somebody say Twinkies?)

•Mother sauces such as Hollandaise (for the asparagus) and
Bechamel (Balsamella)

•How to bake a scrumptious vegetarian Spinach Cannelloni

•Plating and presentation

The Basics classes are a minimum of 4 hours, so plan for afternoons or long evenings for this class.
