Recession-Proof Rock for Hard Times in San Francisco
How's this for recession-proof?

We've dubbed this concert "Rock The Pink Slip". "We all know times are hard", says lead singer Christopher Grant Ward. "so we're subsidizing usual $8 door prices. Now you have no excuse not to come rock out with us in March. Most of all, we wanted to give something back to a city full of fans that have gone out of their way to supported us for so long. Thank you."
The show will feature BASECAMP along with local favorites Audrey Howard and The Misters (lyrical, experimental rock), Deemed Defective (live hiphop and jazz), and Semiconductors (live guitars + electronica). BASECAMP will bring it's usual mix of rock and modern folk (think Doors, Johnny Cash, Dylan, U2, Yo La Tengo, Oasis).
Check all these bands out Friday, March 20 at the Rockit Room, 406 Clement Street, San Francisco 94118. Doors open at 7. Grab your tickets online and bring your friends.
