“Baseball in the Movies” at Plymouth District Library on Monday, February 11th

PLYMOUTH-- Are you thinking about Spring Training yet? Tired of winter weather?

The Plymouth District Library has scheduled an enrichment evening of baseball, entertainment and plenty of motion picture history. On Monday, February 11, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Raymond Rolak will present a fun look at “Baseball in the Movies.” This multi-media showcase will present the timeline of how baseball merged with cinema for an unprecedented popularity in today’s pop-culture.

There will be a special preview of the Warner Brother’s April release of “42” starring Harrison Ford. Also, hear about the special Detroit connections to Jackie Robinson. Rolak will regale with anecdotes from his current project, the full length feature comedy, “Get A Job.” www.getajobmovie.com/#/trailer
