Barony of Bhakail Yule December 12, 2008

On Saturday December 13th the Barony of Bhakail will light the Yule log and celebrate the holiday season. We invite all to come enjoy our hospitality and bask in the warmth of friendship. Join us at St Marks Church in Clifton Heights, PA. The site opens at 10 AM.

We will be having a masked ball, an Arts and Sciences competition to choose the new Baronial Arts and Sciences champion, an Arts and Sciences competition for beginners, and a subtletie competition for period and non-period entries. Feel free to bring a mask for the ball but we will be supplying mask making supplies so you can make your own that day. Children are also welcome to come and make a mask.

There will be a silent auction and a raffle to support Toys for Tots. We are asking for donations of various items for the auction. Raffle tickets will be available at Troll. The donation of an unopened toy will get you 2 raffle tickets, 1 ticket for a dollar, 6 for 5 dollars. All proceeds will be going to Toys for Tots.

Merchants are welcome on a first come first serve basis and need to provide their own table. Please contact the Autocrat and let us know you are coming and how much space you will need.

This is an SCA living history event and medieval dress is required.
