Forty tons of sand make a Beach Party in the Boro!
Who says you have to drive to Florida to play in the sand? As a kick-off for summer in the city, Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation will haul in forty tons of sand to create a Beach Party on Friday, May 9 at 5:00p.m. in Barfield Crescent Park. Join in the fun as we build sand castles for a contest, play limbo and carnival games, groove to beach music and more! All ages are welcome to join in the fun!
