BarCamp Tampa Bay was a hit in its inauguration in Oct. 11-12, 2008. This year we are returning to the praise worthy USF School of Business for another 2 days of BarCamp for the Greater Tampa Bay community. Come share, learn, present and participate on September 26 & 27, 2009.

Saturday Sept. 26 will again be Dev Day, where last year we discussed Mobile Apps, iPhone apps, Adobe AIR, WinBatch, Python, RubyonRails, Voice Apps, Project Management, Ning, Erlang, Django, Twitter, and PHP. (Full agenda 2008 here)
Sunday, Sept. 27 will be New Media Day, where last year presentations centered on Twitter, Blogging, Rich Internet Apps, social media, podcasting, Internet Video, SEO, Contextual Ads, mobile marketing, RSS, Jelly, VoIP.
Simple note: While I say agenda, each day's agenda is created on-site at the start of each day. There are No pre-arranged sessions or topics. If no one shows up to present on a favored topic, then it won't be presented. That said, we also have 4 rooms to use for presentations, so in all likelihood you will be able to present your topic sometime during the day. There were a couple of 10 minutes sessions and one 2.5 hour session. The rest were mainly 45 minutes each.
