Come see this compelling play about about life in Woodstock a Southern black community during the Great Depression era of the 1930’s. It’s a place where joy, pain, and sometimes tragedy were constant companions as they struggled to maintain dignity in a fight against an oppressive system of control. Though faced with many heartbreaks and trials, the strength of this community is bound in their love for each other and ultimately their faith in God.
