Ballard Health Walk: a Neighborhood Tour of health & wellness resources June 14, 2008

A Health filled day all around Ballard! Using the model of the Ballard Art Walk, we are giving folks the opportunity to move your feet around Ballard and experience some of Ballard's finest in health and wellness. We will have FREE movement classes including yoga, acupuncture, and massage demos, and a chance to meet acupuncturists, naturopathic physicians, midwives, massage therapists, nutritionists, fitness experts, etc. and learn about different healthcare options in Ballard. Just look for the Ballard Health walk posters around town close to the date. There will be maps at our table in Bergen Place and at each location to direct you to all of the participating businesses.
