Bal Sangam (National Festival/Mela of Folk and Traditional Performing Arts by children) aims at providing a platform to folk and traditional child artistes for presenting their live performances before a wide audience. The Festival also attempts to acquaint children with the rich and varied cultural heritage of our country and thereby to preserve and nurture the traditional performing arts through their participation.
