Brigitte returns to the store for one of our more popular demonstrations: baking authentic French Madeleine cookies. She will reveal the subtle techniques necessary for perfection, plus give you the history of the fabled cookies. We'll be baking them up in our venerable 75-year-old Magic Chef stove. This event is free and open to the public.
