Celebration of Baja Mexico and organic, sustainably harvested Northwest ingredients at Agua Verde Paddle Club and Cafe. Dinner will include Puget Sound Salmon and organic produce form Alvarez Farm in Mabton. Restaurant owner Bill Stewart will speak on his efforts to promote healthy eating, farming, and fishing.
