All across the country, 'Baby Loves Disco' is slowly but surely transforming the hippest night clubs into child proof discos as toddlers, pre-schoolers and parents looking for a break from the routine playground circuit let loose for some post naptime, pre-dinner fun. Make no mistake, this is NOT the Mickey Mouse club, and Barney is Banned. Baby Loves Disco is an afternoon dance party featuring real music spun and mixed by real djs blending classic disco tunes from the 70s, & 80s guaranteed to get those little booties moving and grooving.

I just attended this event today, 11/2/2008, and I have to say that this is a complete waste of time and money. I feel like the whole advertisement about Baby Loves Disco is a lie. It was not what I expected at all....the club is filthy, as clubs are, but I expected that it would be cleaned prior to an event for babies and children. It stank from cigarette smoke and all of the toys that were out for playing were disgustingly dirty. The lights were very dim, but you could see the filth and dirt everywhere. It was disturbing that children and babies were crawling on the floor and playing with these nasty toys. Furthermore, the DJ hardly played any kids music, and I was disappointed to see that many parents were drinking while their children ran around alone. The whole experience was pretty bad, and not the type of environment I want my daughter in at all. I think the best part was the healthy selection of snacks and drinks. Everything else about this event is lame, don't waste your time or money, go to the park instead.
