The role of being a new parent can be overwhelming at times. Become part of a caring group of parents with babies up to eight months of age.

This class combines group support and education that empowers your natural abilities to parent. Learn up-to-date recommendations about infant care and development, and ways to cope with the emotional, social, and physical transitions into parenthood in this on-going weekly class.

Topics are varied, some have guest speakers. Led by a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Counselor.

Held every Thursday from 10:00 am – 11:30 am. No pre-registration is required. Just show up with your beautiful baby!
