This class combines group support and education that empowers your natural abilities to parent. Learn up-to-date recommendations about infant care and development, and ways to cope with the emotional, social and physical transitions into parenthood in this on-going weekly class. Topics are varied, some have guest speakers. Led by a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Couselor.
