• Career changers and new grads: How do I get the job I want and where are the hot jobs? What skills will be needed between now and 2016? What hot IT skills will continue to be in demand?

• Recruiters/Hiring Managers: How to find the best talent; Creative sourcing; Baby boomers are retiring-- or are they? How to sell the WHOLE package

• HR Directors and Succession Planners: Offshoring. Outsourcing. Layoffs. Baby boomers still here! Succession Planning. Going Green. IT Specialization. How do I manage all these variables to build my staffing plan?

This AWC, PS workshop will provide answers to issues critical to the future success of IT during these compelling times through group discussion with key speakers. There is a keen sense of urgency among top employers and IT talent to strategically map out a route toward answers and solutions that will prepare us for the inevitable future.
