Award-winning author to Appear at Saint Demetrios High School in Astoria, New York ─ her Former Home June 8, 2009

Ms. Davis will be at Saint Demetrios High School, where she taught English back in the 1980’s, on Monday, June 8, for two presentations: From 10:30 a.m.- 11:15 a.m. to speak with the 11th grade English classes, and at 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. for the community. She will discuss some of the more interesting anecdotes about her life in Greece, and read from her memoir. There will be a book signing and refreshments will be served.
