There has been a shift in house sizes in the building/remodeling market. Last year was the first year on record where US house sizes actually stopped growing in size. This began what many consider to be a shift to the future, trending toward smaller more efficient home sizes. These living spaces are green in their very nature by the reduction of material, maintenance, and energy costs.

Join Master Designer Michael Klement of Architectural Resource, LLC as he discusses how to achieve beauty, efficiency and conservation of energy and resources in a smaller home, remodel or addition. His presentation will be loosely based on the popular book, The Not So Big House, by Sarah Susanka. The program will include visual presentations of actual projects, informative hand-out references, and resource materials. Attendees will obtain information for how to make a change in their own homes.
