For 25 years, the USS Avenger has been a chapter of STARFLEET, exploring the fandom experience, building friendships, and having fun…

Now…as we reach this anniversary, we’d like to cordially invite you to share the celebration with us, at

USS Avenger’s 25th Anniversary Party

We’ve chosen to hold a semi-formal event, with catering by the Pines Manor and music by Randy Jenkins, who was our DJ for our 20th Anniversary. Randy, a fellow Star Trek fan, is equally excited to once again be working with us!

Our menu is a hot and cold buffet with plenty of variety:

Salad choices:
- Baby Spinach Salad: with sliced portobello mushrooms and lemon thyme vinaigrette,
- Greek Salad: olives, tomatoes, feta cheese and cucumbers in a red wine vinaigrette,
- Pines Manor Salad: mixed greens, cucumbers, tomatoes and croutons with a thyme vinaigrette.

Platter choices:
- Smoked Norwegian Salmon Platter
- Fresh Mozzarella cheese with Tomato and Basil Platter,
- Grilled Marinated Vegetables
- Seafood Salad Platter: Lime marinated shrimp and calamari dressed with olive oil and cilantro
- Seasonal Fresh Fruit Platter.

Entree choices:
- Fusilli Marscapone Bolognese: Ground beef folded in a creamy tomato and basil sauce
- Roasted Breast of Chicken with white artichokes, roasted tomatoes, prosciutto and mozzarella cheese in white wine
- Sliced Sirloin Steak over caramelized onions with chef's au jus
- Grilled Medallions of salmon with papaya mango salsa
- Shrimp a la Pines: With roasted tomatoes and onions, baked with imported feta cheese.

Also, Fresh Seasonal Vegetables, Rosemary Yukon Gold Potatoes, dessert, soda, coffee, tea and a cake are included, and a cash bar will be available.

The cost is $30.00 per person, and will be well worth all of the celebrating the night has to offer!

We have arranged a room block at the Crowne Plaza at 2055 Lincoln Highway, Edison located across the street from the Pines Manor ( http://cpedison.com) . There is also a Red Roof Inn a short drive away for those wishing to use their STARFLEET discount.
