On February 27, 2007, Commodore B. Clark, author of the book titled “The Tower of Power,” will be holding a book signing at the Detroit Public Library’s Main Branch. He utilized his vast experience as an executive in the urban radio market to bring readers an accurate and detailed picture of an industry often recognized by voice and not face. Clark has chronicled the exciting period and personalities (1950 – 1970s) of Detroit radio and its impact on American popular culture.
