Austin Genealogical Society Monthly Meeting April 23, 2013

We’re pleased to welcome Kelvin L. Meyers, a professional genealogist and avid historian, who will present “How Great Thou Art! How Great They Are! Church Records.” Kelvin will share his knowledge of church records – a vast, challenging, and underused group of records that hold many answers to genealogical questions. He’ll teach us how to determine our ancestors’ denominations and then find and use their church records. This is a free event, and as always, visitors are welcomed and encouraged!
