Austin Genealogical Society Monthly Meeting January 22, 2013

We’re pleased to welcome Teri Flack, an active genealogist who holds a Master’s degree in Public History, who will present "No Vital Records? Locating Birth and Death Substitutes." Births and deaths are critical events in our ancestors’ lives, but we often find no official vital records exist. Teri will present a variety of alternatives – some obvious, some obscure – we can use to identify birth and death events. This is a free event, and as always, visitors are welcomed and encouraged!
