SPEAKER'S BIO:
As Vice President of Brand Development, Austin City Limits, Ed Bailey has taken the Austin City Limits brand to the next level. Currently, Bailey is involved in the construction of the new 2200 seat ACL Studio Theatre. Scheduled to debut in 2010, the new theatre will be anchored by the world class “W” Hotel and condominium tower. He also masterminded the alliance with New West Records in 2004 to create the ACL CD/DVD series, now sold around the world, with never-before-seen performances of legendary artists from the ACL Archives.

Bailey’s music credentials are impressive and include the launch of Cleveland's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, the museum’s Traveling Exhibit Tour, the historic Concert for the Hall of Fame and the annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies. In addition Mr. Bailey has worked for clients and non-profits such as Seattle's Experience Music Project, Cedar Point Amusement Parks, the Buddy Holly Center, and Farm Aid. Mr. Bailey sits on the Executive Board of the Austin Music Foundation and Texas Hill Country Wine & Food Festival.
