Presented by Hal Louchheim and Jackie McGrath - Lecturers, Stanford University Continuing Studies

Today's challenges demand greater access to one's own creativity to achieve major breakthroughs and change. By paying attention to our creativity, and becoming aware of hidden blocks, we can access it more consistently. This approach, taught at the Stanford Graduate School of Business for over two decades, goes deeply into the ideas, introspection and behaviors that allow you to apply your creativity and be more relaxed, productive, and happy. The workshop also examines various concepts of leadership, including the critical role of emotional intelligence. We explore how the tools of creativity can build greater insights into one's leadership ability, and conversely into one's ability to understand and follow others. By applying the tools and using the exercises, you will increase effectiveness and improve decision-making in both professional and personal situations. Come prepared for an interesting journey together through a lot of exciting material.
