ALL TOMORROW'S PARTIES present
"I'LL BE YOUR MIRROR" Curated by PORTISHEAD & ATP
23rd & 24th July - Alexandra Palace, London

Portishead’s only scheduled UK shows for 2011

“Portishead have once again been given the horrendous task of joining up with our favourite festival in the world and choosing a dream list of bands we would like to play with - at least the ones that aren't dead or in jail.” Geoff Barrow

Preparations are now fully underway for one of the most highly anticipated events of the Summer - All Tomorrow's Parties first UK I'll Be Your Mirror event, taking place on 23rd & 24th July 2011 at the beautiful Alexandra Palace, London. Portishead will headline both nights (their only scheduled UK dates of 2011) as well as co-curating the line-up, with a different supporting line-up joining them each day. Tickets are priced at £59 per day and are available via www.atpfestival.com. Today we can confirm a number of new additions:

* New acts for the line-up - Helen Money and The London Snorkelling Team are added to the Saturday, and on the Sunday we can announce Fairhorns and also we're very pleased to be able to present the last ever show from Acoustic Ladyland.

* To celebrate the event, today ATP release a free 2 hour MP3 Mix Tape curated by Portishead and featuring nearly every artist on the bill - which is now available to download from http://illbeyourmirror.com/mixtape

* In the lead-up to the events ATP is doing at the Palace, this Thursday 23rd June ATP will hold a special fundraiser event at the Music Palace, Crouch End (N8 9BT) from 6pm-12am at which all profits will go to the Friends Of Alexandra Palace Theatre. Full info at the ATP website - benefit attendees will be able to buy tickets for I'll Be Your Mirror at face value with no booking fee.
