Join Waukesha native Dr. Michelle Thaller as she discusses the fascinating science behind infrared technology and its applications to astronomy. There are many ways to “see” objects, not all of which are detected by the human eye -- gamma rays, x-rays, ultraviolet, radio waves and infrared are just some examples. So what would rest of the universe look like when viewed using these other ways of “seeing”? Free admission.
