Astrograss for Kids August 30, 2007

'Astrograss for Kids' is an interactive, captivating performance featuring the Astrograss brand of kids' music--a snappy fusion of bluegrass, folk, jazz and funk sprinkled with humor. Highlights of the show include dance contests set to high-energy fiddle hoedowns, musical interpretations of the poetry of Shel Silverstein, and sing-alongs to some of the most beloved songs of all time. The art of songwriting is also explored, with kids providing lyrical content for an original song that gets completed by the end of the show.
