Session I: Waking up Sleeping Beauty
This is a magical, interactive session on accelerated learning in the classroom. By attending this presentation, you will experience first-hand powerful accelerated learning techniques to enable fast pacedlearning.Anyone that wants to learn how to decrease training costs and time in a classroom while improving retention should attend. Session II: How to Make Your Course Evaluations Smile Less
Do your course evaluations only smile? Come to this interactive and fun session to learn how to make them smile a little less by utilizing the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model. Too often we ask if our learners are smiling when they leave our classes, but how do we know if they really learned, if their behavior changed or if the productivity changed? What do you want that student to do differently as a result of their educational session? As a learner, you will go through a mock training class and have the opportunity to develop a course evaluation and measurement plan for the program. In addition, you will learn to map the business objectives to the performancemetrics and ultimately to the learning objectives. Immediately, you will be able to apply these skills when you want to measure your next training class. Who thought learning about measurements could be so much fun! This program is great for anyone working in a corporate, university/college, consulting and K-12 setting.You will walk away from this session knowing:

The four levels of Kirkpatrick and how to utilize them
How to map business objectives to the learning objectives
How to validate educational opportunities
How to build a course evaluation that smiles a little less
