The conference is structured around 4 tracks on innovation in:

· Outsourcing & Supplier Management

Day One includes two keynote speakers: Surinder Bedi, VP of Global Quality at SunPower Corp and Mike Micklewright, President of QualityQuest, Inc and noted author, a career development session, and 8 3 hour tutorial sessions on the 4 conference tracks. The day ends with a Happy Hour networking event.

Day Two includes two keynote speakers: Dr. Tom Little, President Thomas A. Little Consulting and Fred Kitson, CTO of DTS, formerly of Motorola, a Green Technologies Panel covering diverse industries in building construction, healthcare, solar and regulations, a career development session and twelve concurrent sessions on the four conference tracks.

In addition to attendance at the keynotes, panel & sessions, Conference attendees will have the opportunity to participate in job search sessions, exhibit attendance, lunch and snacks, and receive downloads of all papers and presentations.
